7:00 pm – Board of directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the items that were discussed:

7:31 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers:  Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership(absent), James Hacke- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol(absent), Mike Ripley- Black Powder, Tom Horstman- Trap.

Treasurer’s Report: Chris read the report.

Bills and Communications:  Chris confirmed he did update the liability insurance for the club.  There were $793 in maintenance fees due to boiler and sink repairs.  Steve also bought some supplies for the hall.   

Pop: Steve turned in $5.

Rental Committee Report:  None to report.

Pistol Team:  No report this month.  The pistol team gathers on Thursdays at 5 pm to shoot 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All are welcome to come practice.

Trap Team:  Tom took in $452, expenses of $283, kept $50, and turned in $119.   

Black Powder:  Mike announced that the rendezvous took in $2,092, expenses were $900, kept $192, and turned in $1,000. 

Meat Shoot:  Mike took in $210, expenses of $100, kept $33, and turned in $77.  The meat shoots are held on the 2nd Sunday of every month.  They start at 11 am and are open to members and the public. 

Junior Rifle Team:  Mike Ripley is no longer running the Junior Rifle team.  Anyone that is interested in taking over please contact Mike or a board of directors.    

Archery: 

Fun Indoor Shoot:  Barry took in $150, expenses of $120, and turned in $30.  The fun shoots happen on Mondays. Doors open at 9 am with the first shoot starting around 10 am.    

Rifle:  Matches will resume in March.  Entry into the first event is $5 and will be $4 to re-enter into additional matches.  There are 4 different classes to shoot in depending on the type of .22 rifle and optics.  Start times will be around 9 am. 

Membership:   Steve took in $3,745, $370 to the maintenance fund, and $3,375 to the general fund, $250 in key cards.  New members for the year 2022 are 63, 646 total members, 476 senior life/charter members.  *REMINDER- Renewal applications will be accepted for the year 2023 until the meeting held in February.   Please send a check for the correct amount with a self-addressed stamp envelope to Brian.  Please remember if you have a hall entry key, and wish to keep it active, remember to include $10 in addition to your membership renewal.

Old Business:  It was confirmed that Chris will plow the snow again this year at the club.  Steve reported that the kitchen sink is no longer leaking.

New Business:  Mike Cumberland announced it is time for nominations of officers for the upcoming 2023 year.
